A survey of Goldsmith Windsor chair at Victoria & Albert Museum

When he visited in England 1996, he visited Victoria & Albert museum wood working department He was able to look closely at this Goldsmith Windsor chair. Tomas Crispin who is a writer of gThe English Windsor chairh describes the origin of this chair as follow as to his book, The Goldsmith Windsor com-back armchair is so named because it was once owned by the famous Irish writer and poet, Oliver Goldsmith (1728-74). This beautifully designed Windsor armchair with its circular, dished and saddled seat, and it well-turned legs and stretchers, is painted a very dark green, almost black.  After 5 ears He visited V & A  Museum again and he had a opportunity of a real survey about Goldsmith Windsor chair.
